Peopulse VMS: Updated Unique Identifier for Position Parsing

VMS Sync now uses an updated identifier format for Peopulse Positions. The requisition ID now includes Peopulse Customer ID, reflecting the format used in Peopulse and ensuring Positions are parsed and updated correctly.
Why Does it Matter?
This update improves parsing reliability for Peopulse Positions and reduces the risk of delivery delays caused by identifier format inconsistencies. The change brings VMS Sync behavior in line with end user expectations when working with Peopulse requisitions.
